Payment Policy

This policy explains how Credit Points (CP), service fees, withdrawals of rewards, and all payment processing are handled on the platform.

1. Credit Points (CP) Purchases

Users purchase Credit Points (CP) to spend on platform features like, sponsor gifts, or participate in community activities. By using this service, you agree to this policy.

Purchases of CP are processed electronically via Paystack and recorded in your platform activity history.

2. Processing & Service Fees

To maintain system stability and cover operational costs, the following fees apply:

Fees are applied automatically and are non-refundable once a transaction has been initiated. Withdrawals are processed only if there are sufficient funds to cover both the withdrawal amount and applicable fees.

N/B: All platform fees for Nigerian users are VAT inclusive (7.5%).

2.1 Paystack Fees & Nigerian Stamp Duty

In addition, in compliance with Nigerian regulations, a ₦50 stamp duty applies to withdrawals of ₦10,000 and above. This is a government tax, not a platform fee.

We understand that fees can impact the overall user experience and we are actively exploring ways to reduce or eliminate certain transaction costs over time. Our aim is to keep the platform as affordable and efficient as possible for all users.

However, please note that any reduction or removal of fees is dependent on operational sustainability, third-party charges, and regulatory requirements. As such, this should not be considered a guarantee or commitment, but rather an ongoing effort within our operational capacity.

3. Transaction Confirmation & History

Every CP purchase or reward withdrawal is assigned a unique reference code. Keep this code for records and support requests.

4. Failed or Delayed Transactions

For delayed, failed, or disputed transactions, contact support with the transaction reference code. Requests without a valid code may not be processed.

Withdrawals from the platform must be made to a bank account owned by the user or to an account linked to a parent or legal guardian. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to withdraw rewards. By requesting a withdrawal, users (or their guardians) confirm that the account used is authorized to receive rewards on their behalf.
