1. Acceptance of Policy

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with this User Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the platform.

This User Policy governs the use of the platform and should be read together with other applicable platform policies including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines that may be published on the platform. By accessing or using this platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all applicable policies.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to act responsibly while using the platform.

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep account credentials secure
• Respect other users and community participation rules

3. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate platform systems
• Using bots or automated tools without permission
• Attempting to bypass platform security or restrictions
• Abusing reward systems or community participation mechanisms

4. Account Limitations

The platform may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or attempt to exploit community systems, reward mechanisms, or participation features.

5. Platform Rewards

The platform may provide rewards to users as part of its community participation and engagement ecosystem. Rewards are issued solely at the discretion of the platform and should not be interpreted as guaranteed income, investment returns, or financial earnings.

• One way a user may receive a reward is when another member chooses to sponsor a platform gift on their behalf using Credit Points (CP). When a gift is sponsored, the platform (auctorICON) determines the final reward issued to the recipient.
• The value of the reward is determined through a system known as the Reward Ratio. The Reward Ratio reflects the activity level, participation, and overall health of the sponsor's community.
• Depending on the Reward Ratio linked to the sponsoring community, the same gift may generate different reward outcomes for different users. This mechanism is designed to encourage strong community participation and healthy ecosystem activity.
• Users may also receive rewards by supporting the platform's internal Vault using Value Points (VP). When users contribute VP to the Support Vault they are helping sustain the platform's community ecosystem.
• The platform may recognize such contributions by issuing rewards, the value of which is also determined by the user's Reward Ratio and the level of activity and health of their associated community.
• All rewards distributed through the platform are internal platform rewards and may vary depending on community activity, participation levels, and platform rules.
• Rewards are discretionary and may change, be adjusted, limited, or discontinued at any time as part of platform management.

6. Content Ownership

Users remain responsible for any content they submit to the platform. By posting content users grant the platform permission to store, display, and process such content as necessary to operate the service.

7. Security & Monitoring

To maintain a safe and fair environment the platform may monitor activity, enforce usage limits, and implement technical safeguards to prevent abuse of community systems and reward mechanisms.

8. Policy Updates

This User Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Digital Asset Usage Disclaimer

• The platform may utilize internal digital or virtual assets such as Credit Points (CP), Value Points (VP), loom seed (LS — a storage form of VP in the loom) strictly as utility mechanisms within the platform ecosystem.
• These assets are used to support community participation, community ranking systems, gift sponsorship, and other internal engagement features within the platform.
• Value Points (VP) may be used by users to support platform features such as the Support Vault or to contribute to community participation activities that help determine community rankings.
• For example, a winning community may receive a platform-issued reward from auctorICON. In such cases, 60% of the reward may be allocated to the community ICON (leader), while the remaining 40% may be distributed among the top five participating members as ranked in the Active Members (A. Members) table for that community.
• Digital assets used within the platform do not represent money, currency, securities, shares, financial investments, or ownership rights of any kind.
• These assets exist solely for internal platform functionality and community engagement purposes.
• The platform does not guarantee monetary value, profit, income, or financial return from the use of digital assets or participation in platform activities.
• Any external value that users personally assign to such assets is done independently and at the user's own discretion. The platform does not promote, guarantee, or control such usage.
